The road at dusk

Roadmap

From one film to the industry’s production layer.

Near-term is committed; the Clearview chapter and the long term are the vision. Here’s the path, and what we’re building toward.

01/The path

Near-term, committed. Long-term, the vision.

3rix is the product — an end-to-end, AI-native production engine any director, producer or studio can run their slate on, cutting production cost and time by more than 70%. The Snake Road is our first film on it: the proof, not the business. The arc below is honest — what’s committed, and what’s vision.

  1. Now → 6 months

Deliver The Snake Road · harden the pipeline · convert the inbound demand.

  2. 6–18 months

Productise 3rix — open it to outside directors & studios; a first slate of films.

  3. After ~5 films · vision

Build Clearview — the founder-held production sanctuary.

  4. Long-term · vision

3rix becomes the production layer the industry runs on.

Next 6 months

  • Deliver The Snake Road — first feature on 3rix, 6-month delivery
  • Harden the end-to-end production pipeline
  • Convert the 11 inbound leads into the first outside productions

02/Now → 6 months

Deliver the first film — and turn proven demand into productions.

We deliver The Snake Road on a 6-month timeline — a festival-grade feature shot like theater and built through 3rix. In parallel we harden the end-to-end pipeline so it runs reliably, film after film.

The demand is already real: a first production delivered at a discounted $80,000 generated 11 qualified inbound leads in 7 days, before it was even public. The near-term job is converting that momentum into the first outside productions on the engine.

Productise 3rix — open the engine to a slate of films.

We open 3rix to outside directors and studios and run a first slate of multiple films — the same engine, many productions at once. The human performance stays sacred; 3rix rebuilds the world around it.

We formalise the theater-to-cinema capture model so the finest stage performances become films — theater’s depth delivered at cinema’s reach.

The Clearview chapter — the whole craft in one valley.

Our founder holds a reserved parcel of land — Clearview — for a single, self-contained production sanctuary. It begins only once our first films are out, roughly five deep; we don’t build it yet.

It is already ours and already in the plan — a tangible asset behind the company, framed as strategic collateral rather than a present-day cost. It’s where all of this is heading.

Founder-held · Future phase · Strategic asset / collateral

The production side, all in one place: a green-screen studio, five-star accommodation, and the whole crew together — so films are shot fast with logistics near zero, surrounded by nature and silence.

The thesis

05/Long-term

The production layer the industry runs on.

The long game is simple: 3rix becomes the production layer the film industry runs on — many films a year, theater’s depth at cinema’s scale, the engine getting measurably better with every production.

First-mover, asset-anchored, team-backed. The people who move first on a shift this size are the ones who look inevitable in hindsight.

One film switches it on. Every film after it makes us harder to catch.

See the investment.
