The road at dusk

Roadmap

From our own productions to the industry’s production layer.

The near-term is committed. The long term is the vision. Here is the path, and what we are building toward.

The path

Near-term, committed. Long-term, the vision.

3rix is the product. An end-to-end, AI-native production engine that any director, producer or studio can run a slate on. It cuts production cost and time by more than 70%. Our first project proves it. The proof, not the business.

  1. Now → 6 months

Prove the engine on our own productions. Harden the pipeline. Convert the demand.

  2. 6–18 months

Productise 3rix. Open it to outside directors and studios. Run a first slate.

  4. Long-term · vision

3rix becomes the production layer the industry runs on.

Next 6 months

  • Prove the engine on our first complete production, in six months.
  • Harden the end-to-end production pipeline.
  • Open the engine to our first outside productions.

Now → 6 months

Prove the engine, then turn proven demand into productions.

We prove the engine on our own production in six months. A finished, festival-grade piece, shot like theater, built through 3rix. In parallel we harden the pipeline so it runs reliably, production after production.

The economics already work. One engine produces festival-grade work at a fraction of the cost and time, in any of three ways, with every character held consistent. The near-term job is simple. Turn the first productions on the engine into an outside slate.

6–18 months

Productise 3rix. Open the engine to a full slate.

We open 3rix to outside directors and studios. The same engine, many productions at once. Any method works. Generate a full photoreal cast, keep a real performance, or blend both. The creator chooses, every time.

3rix serves traditional, full-AI and hybrid productions alike. That is a far bigger market than any single approach. From stage capture, theater’s depth at cinema’s reach, to films generated end to end.

The vision

Clearview. The world we are building toward.

Clearview is the world we are building toward. It is the expression of our mission and our vision. Nature, quiet, a studio, the whole team together. One place to make a whole production end to end.

The LLM layer

The layer compounds while the models commoditise.

Already real: the orchestration routes every task to the strongest model, the consistency engine holds one character across a whole production, and we have swapped models as the field moved, without touching the work.

The long-term goals are set. Every new frontier model plugged in within days of release. Production memory that spans an entire slate, not one production. Consistency that stays the benchmark the industry measures against. And a cost per finished minute that keeps falling as the models commoditise. The models belong to everyone. The layer belongs to us.

The LLM layer

Long-term

The production layer the industry runs on.

The long game is simple. 3rix becomes the production layer the film industry runs on. Many productions a year. Theater’s depth at cinema’s scale. The engine gets measurably better with every production.

And the mission stays what it has always been. Cinema for everyone. A world where a small team, or one person, can make a great film. Where the method is a free choice, and budget no longer decides whose stories get told.

First-mover, asset-anchored, team-backed. The people who move first on a shift this size are the ones who look inevitable in hindsight.

Our first production switches it on. Every one after it makes us harder to catch.
