We didn’t build a film. We built the engine the film industry will run on.

Five minutes, top to bottom — who we are, the proof we’ve already shipped, and why 3rix, an end-to-end production engine that cuts cost and time by more than 70%, is the asset to own. The Snake Road is just our first film on it. Every step links to the detail.

01/Who we are

Start with the people. Everything else follows.

Before the technology, the film, or the numbers, the reason this works is the people behind it. An internationally celebrated filmmaker — honoured by MoMA, Lincoln Center and the Venice Film Festival’s Glory to the Filmmaker Award — an award-winning director, a virtual-production lead, and a systems architect who has shipped at global scale.

This is not a first-time team learning on your money — it is a team that has already executed, now building the infrastructure layer for the biggest shift cinema has seen in a generation.

02/What we do

We build the engine that lets anyone make a film for a fraction of the cost — repeatable, slate after slate.

3rix is an end-to-end, AI-native production system that carries a film from script to screen — story, world, shots, continuity, sound, edit — orchestrated by a small team instead of a hundred-person crew. Any director, producer or studio can run their entire slate on it.

We’re not a studio that made one cheap film. We built the infrastructure the next thousand films can be made on.

03/What we’ve already proven

We didn’t pitch a theory. We shipped — and the industry came knocking.

Our first production, delivered at a discounted $80,000, generated 11 qualified inbound leads in 7 days — before it was even publicly released. Those weren’t fans; they were people who wanted films made for them, on the engine.

We’ve produced a 2-minute cinematic sample and a 6-minute music video end-to-end, with real, believable human faces. Demand for the engine showed up before we even asked.

04/The math

More than 70% of the cost — gone. Years become months. End to end.

A festival-grade feature traditionally takes years, a large crew, and millions. On 3rix, the same quality is reached by a small team in a fraction of the time, for more than 70% less.

Pre-production, production and post collapse into one continuous, AI-orchestrated pipeline — no scattered vendors, no idle waiting, no ballooning budgets. The hardest, most expensive parts of filmmaking become easy, controllable and repeatable. Run it once, or across a hundred titles.

05/Why we built 3rix

AI does the work. We hold the leash.

Everyone now has access to the same AI models — which is exactly why the models aren’t the advantage. Orchestration is. 3rix directs a swarm of AI tools like a film crew: assigning tasks, holding continuity, remembering every decision across a project, and keeping a human director in command at every step.

The world is letting AI lead. We’re the ones who leash it. That orchestration layer — and the production memory behind it — is the moat that stays ours even as the models commoditise.

But beneath the technology sits a belief: keep what only humans can do, and rebuild everything else around it. It’s the reason the whole company exists.

06/Meet 3rix

The production engine the industry will run on.

3rix is a model-agnostic, memory-driven orchestration platform for cinematic production. It plugs in the best AI tools, directs them like a crew, remembers every decision across a project, and keeps a human director in command.

One small team. Any genre. Many films. The film proves it works; the platform is the business — the whole industry’s production layer.

07/The Snake Road — the proof, not the pitch

The Snake Road is the demo. The engine is the product.

The Snake Road is our first feature: an internationally acclaimed auteur’s screenplay, directed through 3rix on Australian soil, financed like a $5M film and built for $1–1.5M. It exists for one reason — to prove, on screen, that the engine delivers festival quality at a fraction of the cost.

It is the live demonstration of the product, not the product itself. You’re not backing one movie; you’re backing the engine that will make the next thousand.

08/Invest in 3rix

Own the engine, not just a film.

Every studio is about to face the same pressure: make more, for less, faster — and 3rix is the infrastructure they’ll reach for. The window to own a piece of that layer is open now, before it becomes obvious to everyone.

Back 3rix and you’re not betting on one film’s box office; you’re holding equity in the production engine a whole industry will run on — with a share of the first film’s profit as the proof point alongside it. The models are shared by everyone. The orchestration, the memory, and the team that leashes it are ours.

The people who move first on a shift this size are the ones who look inevitable in hindsight.
